Benedikt obtained his bachelor in Technical Chemistry from the Vienna University of Technology (TUWien). For his Master studies at the TUWien he focused on bioanalytical and biochemical aspects. He further started the extension curriculum “digital competences” where he got inspired to enroll in the Master’s program Bioinformatics at the FH Campus Wien. In the Schur lab he will apply his knowledge in Programming and Software Development to develop and streamline data processing pipelines for cryo-ET image processing.
